To simplify your return next fall, please take some time to tidy your digital workspace before the summer break. I recommend reviewing the websites you use with your students to organize and clean them up. This includes archiving old Google and GoGuardian classrooms.

Google Takeout and Google Transfer

For those leaving the District or who have students graduating this year, Google provides several ways to transfer your files and data.

Google Takeout and Google Transfer allow you to move your files to another Google account or download them to a PC. In addition to documents, you can download your bookmarks, history, chats, and other information saved within your Google account.

I have included instructions on how to use these tools below. I've added these to the student announcements, but it would also help if senior Den teachers could post them in their Google Classrooms.
